Rooted in a Commitment to Service

OptiNet Systems was founded in 2001 by Ron Botting and Suzanne Sherrod out of a genuine desire to provide quality technology services and an outstanding customer experience. Over the years, the company expanded into physical network and security technologies. In 2009, they made the jump to VoIP and other network services. 

In 2016, OptiNet was acquired by James and Maureen Robertson. The two continued the company’s success, expanding into cloud services and adding managed technology and cybersecurity services. Today, OptiNet works with over 250 customers across Metro Vancouver.
